Founder
Monish is the founder of Perspective. He has over 20 years of extensive experience in planning, managing and delivering strategic communication solutions to specialist functions across organizations. He has also been instrumental in planning, developing and implementing multi-faceted communications strategies, tactics, and metrics, which have been a key enabler in helping achieve organizational business goals. An industry veteran, Monish has been part of leadership at Fortune 25 organization, FTSE 250 organization, and one of the top 5 media agencies in India.
Pramod Joshi

Close to 30 years of experience in business strategy and management spanning the IT industry and the Education sector. A corporate trainer, a strategy advisor and a life skills coach who especially enjoys mentoring young minds. Pramod is an advisor to select companies and institutions at the Board level, with special emphasis on shaping and aligning Vision, Missions, Values and Goals with Organizational Strategy and Execution. Formerly MD of Syncata India Pvt. Ltd, he has also held leadership positions at Tata Unisys and Shiv Nadar University. Pramod is a Gold Medalist from IIM, Bangalore. He also holds an M.Tech. from IIT, Kanpur, and a B.Tech. from IIT (BHU), Varanasi.
Shishir Bhattacharjee

Shishir has more than 23 years of experience in the field of Advertising, Marketing, Strategy & Brand Communications. He has managed key projects during his stint at Dentsu as a Creative Director and handled global clients like Bata, TNT, Lafarge, The Wistin, Canon, Moneygram, etc. outside India. He launched 6th Sense Communications (now D&S) in the year 2008, where he catered to global and national clients like Aica, Hitachi, HCL, Toshiba, Konica, Ansal, Omaxe, Today Group, Crown Group, Sunmica, Dainik Bhaskar, etc. Shishir believes in team work and ensures on-time deliverables for clients, be it Ad films, corporate films, prints, advertisements or any medium of brand communications. He has also been awarded the best social print campaigner of the year award. He is enjoying his journey in the creative field, be it digital or film or print campaign.

Tarun has over 24 years of extensive experience in Design, App Development and in-depth Visual Communication. Tarun is a serial entrepreneur with two successful design startups to his credit. He was a former Head of the IT department at Zee Television and had also worked as a Consultant at Xansa, a UK based company. Tarun and his team helps with the web & app development at Perspectives. He manages to give life to our words and messages with his creativity. Tarun and his team is adept at creating user-friendly, effective and aesthetically appealing designs. Over the years he has kept himself up to date with recent technological and software developments trends. His imagination, creativity and excellent technology skills coupled with his experience of over two decades have enabled him to often exceed client expectations.

Afsaar possesses nearly 25 years of extensive professional experience. He has previously worked with prominent organizations such as Citibank Dubai, Woodland Aero Club, and Homestead Developers. In the year 2006, Afsaar established his own real estate firm, Fortune Realtors, located in Delhi. Since then, he has successfully delivered numerous projects and currently serves on the board of multiple firms. Afsaar holds the esteemed position of Senior Advisor at Perspective, where he contributes to the agency’s strategic and planning initiatives.

Mr. Mukherjee’s impact goes beyond his roles; he’s a driving force behind the successful initiation of multiple airline stations across India. Notably, his accomplishments have earned him the coveted Global Sales Award from Emirates, a testament to his unwavering commitment.
His academic journey includes a Business Management degree from Emirates Aviation in affiliation with Harvard Business School, complementing his initial graduation in Science. With a career highlighted by remarkable achievements, Mr. A Mukherjee remains dedicated to shaping the aviation sector through unparalleled insights and exemplary leadership.
